-All of our products are shipped either ground UPS or priority mail. If you need it fast, just choose that option during purchase. We can ship next day if needed. It is all about you, our customer. We are here to make you happy.

-Sure is. An email will be sent to you stating your tracking number.

-Completely. The payment system we run is through paypal. Eventhough you pay on our site, everything goes through the vast encryption of paypal. No worries.

What if I want to order a large amount of a product. Do you offer discounts?

-We do offer discounts for large orders. Just shoot us an email at matt.wisnieski@shopexceptionalproducts.com and we would be happy talk to you about setting up such an order. We offer the products at a cheaper rate as well as lower shipping costs. A win win.

How do you offer products under MSRP?

-We buy wholesale and share the money we save with you, our customers. Everything is at least 15% lower than MSRP, some are even 50% under MSRP. We know that if our customers can buy products from us at a cheaper rate than the other guys and have a better experience than we will have happy customers. And happy customers are repeat customers.
